A failing drainfield doesn't announce itself politely. It shows up as slow drains, sewage backups, and a septic tank that keeps filling up no matter how often you get it pumped. If that sounds familiar, the tank usually isn't the problem - the drainfield is. And at that point, pumping it is just buying time.

That's exactly what we were dealing with on this job. The old drainfield had given out, and the homeowner was stuck in that frustrating cycle of pump-and-repeat with no real fix in sight. We came in, pulled the failed system out, and got to work installing a full drainfield replacement the right way.

You can see the scope of what went into this. Deep trenches cut across the backyard, new perforated corrugated pipe laid in and positioned correctly, and the Kubota doing the heavy lifting from trench digging to backfill. Our guy in the trench is setting pipe while the excavator works the next section - that kind of coordination is what keeps a job this size moving efficiently and prevents mistakes that cost you later.

Once the pipe was set and inspected, we backfilled and graded the entire area out. The finished grade shot gives you a sense of how much ground we covered. It's not glamorous at that stage, but it means the new drainfield has the soil contact and coverage it needs to function properly for years to come. Done right, a new drainfield should be the last one that homeowner has to think about for a long time.

This is the kind of work we do every day - septic drainfield installs, full septic system replacements, and all the plumbing that connects it together. We're licensed, we handle it from start to finish, and we don't leave you guessing about what needs to happen next.
