Chris was awesome to work with and very responsive when I called him about getting some things replaced in our house!! 10/10 would recommend and will continue using them in the future!!

The hose on our hot water tank began leaking & spraying and flooded our hot water tank room, which thankfully is outdoor and adjacent to our home. We called Chris Dawson Plumbing LLC, and they came straight out and had the problem fixed in a little over an hour. And the price was reasonable and fair. I don’t know if they realize how much of a blessing they really are. Thank y’all so much. .

Fast call back, service within a hour of my first call to them. The tech was very polite and informative of the issue we were having, he went to get the correct parts and was back in 10 mins. I will be calling them back when I have more issues. And I did not feel robbed when they gave me the bill.

We woke up this morning with no water and called Chris Dawson. Even though it’s a Sunday, he answered right away and tried to troubleshoot the issue over the phone first to see if he could save us a service call. He came out himself, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and took the time to explain everything. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely more concerned about taking care of us than making money. We couldn’t be more grateful.
