“PLEASE CALL THESE GUYS FIRST BEFORE CALLING ANY OTHER PLUMBER. I had a plumbing emergency that left me without water at a 125-year-old house I’d recently purchased in Colbert, Georgia. I WISH I had known about Chris Dawson Plumbing before wasting two days waiting for a different plumber to return with parts to fix the issue before I gave up and called Plumber Pro on Saturday evening. While they were booked out until Monday, they recommended I call Chris Dawson Plumbing (which had not even come up in my search for a local plumber in Madison County). Chris Dawson answered immediately and was able to dispatch Ben to my house within 30 minutes. Ben fixed the busted hose in 15 minutes and even stuck around a bit longer to fix a hot water pressure problem I’d had in my kitchen since I moved in - and they didn’t even charge me for the extra work! These guys were amazing - communicative, efficient, and beyond reasonable. I will be calling them back next week to schedule a full plumbing assessment during regular business hours. I’m so grateful to have found this group ❤️”

“Had several plumbing issues & upon arrival Chris introduced himself and Isaias (not sure if that’s the correct spelling) and both were extremely polite, highly professional and courteous. They followed me upstairs, assessed the situation and informed me of what may be the problem and how they were going to fix it. The entire time they were working (this time it was Isaias & Ken) they were very respectful, & knowledgeable. Isaias cleaned up afterwards and locked my front door when leaving. I appreciate those extra steps in customer service and ensuring my home is secured. I am very happy with the work that was done. I am also very grateful to Chris for calling & following up and for his service in the military. 10/10 Highly Recommend Chris & his team!!!”

And he was super willing to hop on the phone with my warranty company just in case they might be willing to reimburse me for some of the work.
